  • Very easy to use, I like the design and the available options. Much better than M* F*tn*ssP*l! What I'd like to see: Easier readings of weekly averages (improves consistency), the option for colored alerts when I go over target, a more customizable home dashboard and more individual targets, e.g. for fiber.

  • Really great if you love data, but could be an overload if you're just looking to track macros and calories. I have thyroid issues and like to track my vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, etc. so it's perfect for me. The only frustrating issue I've come across is when an obscure entry is missing data but usually all the basic info is there.

  • I don't like this at all. Was looking for an alternative to MFP, and this seems to be all over the place. Firstly, after setting up it's not obvious what your calories or other macros are for the day. The calories recommended are really low, turn out they have recommended it based on my BMR alone and not factored in day to day moving (living) which usually x1.2 the number you get for BMR. I liked that interface but needs some work if it's going to compete with MFP.

  • it's changed quite a bit since I did it last time a few years ago but still user friendly. They could do to add a few more chain restaurants to the list of foods I've had trouble finding, specifically Amato's & Sam's which are new england italian fast casual places. Also there are very few thai restaurant listings its all frozen thai food. I use it to make sure I'm getting all my nutritional needs met within my calories so I don't really need the exercise piece but it is nice to have as a record

  • More trustworthy data than apps that use crowd sourced data. Users can enter their own nutrition data but can also submit it to Cronometer to be vetted for addition to the master data base. I've been using Chronometer for a couple years, primarily focusing on saturated fat. While it wasn't my specific goal, weight loss has been a welcome side affect.

  • Love this app, but I wish it would allow you to fully connect the Samsung watch in the connectible devices list. It does connect to Samsung Health and loads on the watch, but does not scrape all the data. If they improve that feature, my rating will change to 5 stars. Still, this is by far the best calorie/nutrition app out there.
