  • Good app most of the time, except now it will not resume a show where you leave off watching. I pressed Resume and it started back from the beginning. I did not pause it the first time and did pause it another time. The other two times a call came in. It started over FOUR TIMES! Aaahhhhh! No way that should happen. Please fix it so you can resume where you left off, not from the beginning again.

  • Your sign on sucks. It never says I have the correct info. I get so sick of this. Says it doesn't recognize me .... after 23 years. Every time.

  • I hate that I have to use it. It's okay unless you want to binge-watch something on demand. Then be prepared to watch the same darn commercial 7-9 times every 2 mins. It's annoying. If I get forced to watch one more Feeding America commercial during Chopped, I will scream. It's ridiculous as I pay for this torture, and this app is the only way you can watch on multiple TVs or devices, even at home. Oh, and it tends to freeze on last one restarting the set of commercials. I finally had enough!!

  • Predatory garbage. I signed up for a free trial to see if this would be my replacement for football. signed up, takes the $30 pre-auth out and sends me the email! all looked good. go to sign in on a tv, doesn't work. try logging in on a PC. doesn't work. can't login to even cancel the free trial now. offices are closed so can't speak to someone to cancel. if I get charged I will lose it. I've never experienced anything in my life..create an account and then it vanishes but still lock me in

  • I'm trying to watch DirecTV on my computer using my web browser and I'm not given the opportunity to watch my saved TV shows. It's very frustrating that the app doesn't give you the same experience as watching Directv on my TV. At least Directv is making some attempt to fix the app it's going to slow. First the lose NFL network, then they lost my local abc channel, then they lose, I have AT&T and was getting free HBO and HBOmax and then they lost that service as well. What is going on over there
