  • We understand that the update is for our safety and privacy but this end-to-end encryption sucks! It's so hard to switch account and log in into different devices, it's so time consuming especially when your waiting for your messages to load! Almost an hour for messages to load! And it keeps bugging, like suddenly you won't receive any messages and some of your messages can't be sent. Remove this feature please, it's so hard to use and we're not familiar in this one. WORST UPDATE!!

  • This was a pretty good app until the end to end encryption was added. I hate being unable to access old messages, and I miss being able to pin messages. You even took away the ability to look at the messages that were pinned, and when I've pinned plans with friends I talk to a lot, that's a lot of scrolling if you can't remember exact words to search for it. Also, I miss the old bubbles that would come up when you got a message. The new ones are super buggy and I can't open older chats now

  • Compared to the iPhone version, the android version leaks an important feature. Facebook market chat, it does not show the price of the item or anywhere to view the link. Especially for someone like me who sells multiple items. Sometimes people message, and I have no idea which item and the price I set. I have to go on the laptop or pc to check. It's very annoying. Update Facebook seems to have fixed the above issue. Fingers cross, next update does not break it.

  • The latest version sucks. The end-to-end encrypted chat feature sucks. It doesn't give privacy to the accounts owner, it just gives problems. I cant read the messages that was sent before because it is 'secured'. I also cant turn it off because the convo might be deleted and I dont want that to happen. Please remove the end-to-end encryption chat feature. It was a lot better without it.

  • Ever since the last update, if people send me pictures or I send them pictures, it says high resolution can't view. Videos don't load, and pictures don't work. I'm also having issues with messages not sending or coming through, and it keeps saying waiting for connection. It is the only app on my phone that I have issues with. This used to be my go to messaging app but I don't even like using it anymore.

  • Notifications don't work anymore! I've cleared cache, storage, uninstalled and reinstalled on two different pixel phones, but notifications won't pop up or make a sound (and I do know what I'm doing and how to check all the settings...). Without notifications working, there's no way of knowing if someone is asking about or replying to an item from marketplace, which is the primary reason for using it. This sucks.
