  • I was happy with it until I started experiencing a glitch only 1 day after using it. When trying to listen to audio it would just stay in a loop on the subscription page. Mind you, I have already subscribed. Now it is saying that th internet is not connected This is clearly not the problem because all my other apps are working just fine. I'm hoping this gets fixed soon. I'll keep trying to get it to work because I really liked the app. FYI, there is no older version on Google play to download.

  • UPDATE: VERY pleased on the response time to my request! All glitches in the matrix have been well handled and I'm ready to have an Empower(ing) year ahead! Thanks so much! [I was ready to give this app 5 stars after the free trial. However, when I renewed my subscription, I was still locked out of content and reinstalling the app hasn't helped. What can I do to get this fixed, please?]

  • I think the content is phenomenal. My issue is that when I'm listening to a full book on the app and exit, it doesn't save my place so I can resume where I left off. It will backtrack to a previous chapter. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to try and figure out where I left off. It's happened Every. Single. Time. It's quickly becoming not worth it to me. Unless this is corrected before my year subscription comes up, I will not plan to renew.

  • I've only had the app for a couple of days but so far I really like the content but the user experience flow of the app is not very good. It's clunky and inconvenient. The next episode of a series doesn't play automatically after one ends, you have to go back in and find the next episode and it's a slow process. I kept losing my spot if I stopped listening mid-episode. I imagine these kinks will be worked out over time but right now it's a little too rough for me to invest in.

  • I absolutely love the audio selection. I couldn't be happier with the content. On the down side I have difficulty playing audio books from partway of the chapters if coming back to the same book later in the day or something. Now the app is not working at all and says I need to update it to use it but the play store says I have the latest version. Please help?

  • Has to be rebooted every time I shift from WiFi to cell. A bit challenging to navigate the UI and get where I'm trying to go. Lots of misclicks. Desperately needs dark mode (lots of great meditations but super white screen is jarring for evening meditation use). Content is great (which isn't technically the app). Wish I could access it on a computer browser vs. just the app.
