  • Super invasive, app attempts to track you at all times even when you're not using it. It also tries to access all your photos, files, contacts and accounts. This level of device/account infiltration is totally unjustified and unacceptable for the functions the app actually performs. I turned all these functions off but then the app was continually attempting to turn them back on. Beside all this the app works and functions well, but it's one to be wary of from a privacy/security standpoint.

  • This little app got me running. It probably isn't the most feature rich C25K out there, but it doesn't need to be. I can play music in a separate app, turn this on, lock the screen, and obey the reassuring voice telling me to walk and run. I recommend this over starting cold turkey - this is far less discouraging and far more likely to last.

  • **paid customer ** Does not sync with watch (gear sport, S20FE); if I complete a run on watch, it does not show up on phone as complete after they connect back. Color on watch for warm up, run and cool down is same (grey). Orange/ red for running is ok. But other Color changes are not intuitive. If you don't have sound (just use watch to run), it's not easy to understand while running. On watch, I paused the cool down, then I can't resume...

  • I am on week 3. So far the map has only successfully tracked my run accurately once. The image always shows I ran like 200 ft, instead of 1.5 miles. This is the biggest frustration. I also don't like that it doesn't give you any sort of advice on frequency of runs. There are 3 runs per week, so I assume 1 or 2 days rest is assumed, but I wish it told me how much rest is ideal. I like the overall workout progression, and the app is pretty easy to navigate.I will keep using it,but its not great

  • I used this app a few years ago and it was awesome at helping me train for a 5k. I loved that it gave walking and running prompts, it told you when you were halfway there, and gave minimal encouragement (other apps were over the top with their regular encouragement that interrupted my music). I wanted to start running again so I downloaded the app to give it another shot. You get 4 days of running for free before needing to upgrade. What a disappointment!

  • I've been using this app for almost a year now. After some app crashes in the beginning I figured out how to keep it running more or less. Now that I've started my training again I noticed that the gps tracking of my route stops after the first interval while the training session itself continues flawlessly. It's very disappointing when you want to keep your route as a record - is there any way to fix this?
