  • Too bad I can't give you 1-star twice. Awful customer service, zero care for the customer. My case: wasted my VIVACOM mobile internet because my fixed VIVACOM internet was down due to technical problems - VIVACOM refuses to refund the internet I lost due their technical error. SHAME! (just for comparison A1 offers such refund - so just consider A1)

  • Please remove the asking for permission to access my phone calls and text messages. I want to be able to use this application with my user and pass. For this its not necessary to give any permissions. Right now if I don't give a permission the app is unusable. It forwards me to the settings menu of my phone if I check not to ask me again for a permission. Please fix it.

  • Same old story, only in black. Landing page says I have a bill to pay. Going into the billing tab shows I have no pending bills. I purchased data, landing page shows no change of data limits. So black comes as a funeral to what used to be a working app. This is user hostile app now.

  • Worst mobile internet provider ever. Monkey business as it is! "Unlimited" internet in the tariff plan is so that you can't even send this message via 4G - have to use Wi-Fi instead. The deposit is returned to vivacom account 3 months after the contract was signed, billing period calculated wrongly. No way to receive a refund, have to pay 3-month penalty. You learn all this post-factum. Plus they activate extra services without explicit consent. Yeah, the app itself is only about paying.

  • really insufficient functionality , not enough options for example there is no network quality/coverage function. it gives you just an overview of your free minutes and gigabytes internet, as well as the last bill.
