  • Quite possibly the single most frustrating app I've ever encountered. The circular process it puts its customers through is unparalleled and does not give me the slightest faith as to the integrity of this company. Most reliable it most certainly is NOT. Verizon you need to do better. Brutally bad app!!!

  • Seems to work well. Can't cancel visual voicemail from the app which is a frustration. But, it works for other stuff. Edit: the continuous "Rate us on Google" popups AFTER I rated it years ago is proving to be annoying.

  • Horrible website. Password never saved. Even when I enter the password then it wants a pin but doesn't send me texts to let me so then I still can't log into the app. It's stupid. If I put my password in I shouldn't also have to enter a pin that is never texted to me.

  • App is flawed and annoying to use. I paid my "overdue" almost two weeks ago using this "app" which is supposed to make things easier only to see that, (1) my payment did not post and (2) there is no explanation as to why things didn't work out. No way would I rate this with a 4.6. Your app sucks as it stands, Verizon. FIX IT.!!!

  • This app provides NO help. You are better off using the website... but that sucks too. YOU ARE A LEADER IN THE INDUSTRY!!! GET YOUR FECIES TOGETHER!!!! It's absolutely terrible. I love the cell service I get but please try to focus on the inexcusable, poor quality of your app. It would be nice if I had better service at home... a tower in our busy area (unincorporated Sacramento) would be solid.

  • The online help was somewhat useful BUT the nameless person just left the conversation without saying they were done trying to help. I was told to fix my issue myself and definitely don't contact them for 5 days. Meanwhile my bill is suddenly so much higher and idk why.
