  • I don't know why they decided to change app. But it's really annoying that the app doesn't show classes that are fully booked anymore on the side, you now first have to click on the class and only then will the pop up screen that the online booking has been reached willl appear. Honestly I thought app updates were meant to improve customer experience but now you're just taking us two steps back, it was really fine the way it was.

  • New app is very busy, very "noisy" lots of picture & distracting moving images, SO many colours - to me really off-putting. Where I used to go on the old app every day, I find Ive stopped booking classes all together in order to avoid opening the new app. Difficult to get to booking a class. PLEASE have a short-cut to book without needing to scroll through already booked classes. PLEASE let us see the day of the week on our booked classes, not just the date. (Ive more suggestions if interested)

  • App used to be ok until someone decided it needed "improving"; the result is practically unusable. Takes forever to load. Workout videos don't buffer properly, even over high speed wifi. This makes it impossible to exercise to a video because you get 4s of video then wait 15 while the next 4s loads - completely useless for the intended purpose! Class schedules for my local club no longer load. Go back to the drawing board and think about what your users want, not how much data you can scrape.

  • I've been doing the online Grid series and previously my screen would stay on. With the update I have had to set my screen timeout to 5 minutes and tap the screen to ensure that I can actually see the video. Love the new look and feel of the app but can this be updated so the screen does not timeout with the audio playing in the background and no image.

  • Glitchy, slow and odd design (back button does not as is consistent within android and all other apps). **Edit: Vitality points have now reflected. Please could Virgin and Vitality give a more clear explanation on how the workouts are reflected? It's frustrating when you don't know if your goal has been made or not because you can't figure out how the system works. The email sent by Vitality is vague at best. Thanks.

  • I am trying out the new 'Pay as you go' Vitality option. But since I haven't joined the gym... I can't use the app. Why??? Surely I should be able to login and also book classes and check schedules. :/
