  • Worst app ever for something that should be defaulted into the "smart" tv. In order to stream anything without paying for Premium, you have to watch an ad. Ok, thats fine by me except you can't because it blocks the ad... but the ad blocker costs $3 and change and ad block is turned off in the settings. The video will start to play on the tv, then buffer until (i assume) you watch the ad that it keeps you from watching...

  • This app is so bad it can and should affect your choices in Smart TVs. LG has outsourced something as simple as screen mirroring which most companies provide free into a cheap, sleazy, freemium app. It is incredibly difficult to so much as navigate away from the massive advertisement for the premium app as soon as you open it. This is clearly by design. Afterwards, you have to navigate a terrible browser, and when you finally find your video you can either guess which url it is or, Premium!

  • This is deceptive, if I could give it zero stars I would. This is not screen casting, some nonsense proprietary browser that casts to the app on this TV. That's not screencasting. So many ads you can't figure out what to press in order to use the app without accidentally clicking an ad. The first thing you see is a pop-up in your face trying to get you to buy the $7 version. Response to dev: The words "Cast" or "Mirror" = the SCREEN shows on TV, not your browser. ANY app should display on TV.

  • Total scamware! Constantly stuck in an advert loop. When the advert starts to play in full screen it stops the video you're trying to cast to the tv playing and then causes a connection/playback error. So you start again and again are forced to watch another advert.

  • What a horrible experience. It works, but you would have to be really desperate for casting something in order to endure the counterintuitive menu, useless built in browser and too many popups with extensive informational text messages. On top of that you get "watch ad before casting". I had to apologize to my TV for installing this POS on it.

  • Garbage. Save yourself some money and time, by buying a chromecast or something else. I have a 70 inch LG TV and when I cast it, it sets it in a 35 inch screen on my tv... Not only that, I can't even cast the demo, not to mention my regular shows from the web browser that they provided. I can't even screen cast from my phone. Buying a near $2,000 TV should not need me to set up pos like this. I've never been so angry about an app before. Get your stuff together LG.
