I was simply curious about pricing and vehicles in my area but I still had to sign up and give these people my phone number. The automated message did not respond to the stop command and I was receiving calls and text messages a different number each time. This is turning out to be a very unprofessional predatorial business. do not support.

Up until recently I would have gave the app five star but the last two vehicles that I rented both had maintenance problems and although the car broke down I was still charged. Not only did I not make money I lost money paying for a car that was inoperable. This happened in the middle of a delivery which was awful. It seems now that anybody is putting cars on app for rental but these cars and not even well maintenanced. Be careful or you end up loosing money rather than making money.

I originally gave one star. Main Reasons, the owner was unproffessional and unreliable. Customer support could use more training as they lack business etiquette. As a customer didn't feel appreciated and taken for granted. After several chats, emails, pictures, stress of not being able to get to work. The end Result I did get my full refund back. However I am leary to try again. Seems theirs more going on than meets the eye. I will keep you everyone updated on next experience.

Not a good experience at all I tried many times to upload my drivers license and selfie , the app uploaded the selfie but it still says its not taking my drivers license picture, the app told me to contact customer support and they said they would upload it for me if I sent it through email still no background check and its been three day, not a good app you will be better off elsewhere.

Horrible service and cars. I had to go thru legal channels to get my remaining monies after returning the car asap. I've still not received the $99 deposit and you can never reach anyone to talk with. The web address to communicate comes back as a blocked site. I guess it's back to legal action. Do not use HyreCar they are the worst. If you read the reviews there's enough warning for anyone.

I wish I could rate 0 stars, this company is a total disaster, I worked with them for about a year renting 2 cars and it was more what I lost, a crashed car that Hyrecar insurance never paid me even when they sent the report with the amount that supposedly they were going to cover, more than 30 days of rent without receiving payments, pay more than $ 100 in tolls since they do not cover anything, and the customer service is appalling, they promise you answers and leave cases unanswered.
