can't top up Navigo pass from mobile phone and no way to get support on this issue, although payment had already been processed over hour ago. even people in RATP offices didn't know what to do and worst, they refused to escalate the issue internally. it's a big shame! just lost EUR 30 and 3 hours questioning employees around, without getting anything fixed! I'm not often used to write reviews, but I never experienced such bad customer care mindset neither.

For Tourist, you need kill the app or reboot your smart phone to get the app work again. Such a easy bug, no solution. I really want to complain, but as Paris local people using it every day, and next year there would be Olympic 2024, I would really confused

Worst application ever. I was trying to buy a ticket for two days with no luck. Also the bus did not arrive in the time mentioned by the application twice and had to wait 1h. Useless. I will elaborate: The bus which did not arrive twice in the mentioned time is 385. The payment in the app did not pass. I always get a loading screen then it asks me to refresh the page. The difference between the ticket price/description is no clear. So have the exact same description with different price

Buying tickets via this app is awful as you cannot add cards for fast payment, you have to type everything manually each time, it won't even use Chrome card autocompletion. You also have to type the email address each time. Makes it a real chore.

As long as there won't be a bridge between the services offered and the platform, bugs will occur. What I mean that, I came to install this app because of an unresolved issue with Ile-de France Mobilité Navigo pass on my phone no longer working and having monthly validation issues. Well, the same thing happened, this time trying to validate on my card. Hopefully, it says that a refund will be done if the validation doesn't take place but still. 2023, still not the year of advanced technology.
