  • Customer support is the worse! I have been waiting on a response about some issues for months now....I've already sent at least 30+ in-game tickets that have gone unanswered. Why should I waste time sending another to get no results? Where are the ones I've already sent?....Sent a another ticket and still NOTHING! At this point you guys just need a whole new support staff, one that actually responds!

  • This update and the layout change is frustrating. I will give it a few weeks to see if I can adjust but I liked the old layout far better. It was easy to navigate and didn't have these bubble graphics that make it look and feel like a toddler game. I don't feel good paying every month for the prize pass if I can't navigate the game very well

  • Kinda fun game but there is way too much going on. It sometimes takes me a while to find the main game. I miss the days of a game being just that one game. No extra stuff and tournaments that you never win because it's all computer. Lol Worst part though is that this game will often freeze and not allow you to touch anything on the screen. The things on the screen are still moving like the game is working but no matter how many times you touch something, it is unresponsive.

  • Rating this game a 1 because it makes you click on ads that force you to restart the game. It's getting overloaded with ads and every 2 games, they have ads. Getting to the point where I won't support this game anymore.

  • The last update you made, make the game frustating to play, you can't find the matches that are about to expire, and also all matches pending aren't in the same order you spent time to manage viewing as you like, big mistake, thinking about uninstalling...

  • Wouldn't load ...kept freezing , saying I wasn't on wifi when I was. Update: It still doesn't wanna always load for me,...but it could be on my end, and not theirs,...I will update my review if anything changes. But for the record, I love the game in itself.
