With the launch of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 on August 14, 2024, players have been treated to a wealth of new content. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—developers have just unveiled details for an upcoming event titled First-Class Customer Service, set to kick off on August 16, 2024.

Event Duration

The First-Class Customer Service event is scheduled to begin on Friday, August 16, 2024, and will run for just over a week, concluding on Monday, August 26, 2024.

ParticipationRequirements

To join in on the First-Class Customer Service event, players must meet the following criteria:

- Reach Inter-Knot Level 15 or higher

- Complete the Agent Story "Mole in the Hole (I)"

Once these requirements are fulfilled, the event will be accessible through the Events Tab.

Event Rewards

Participating in the First-Class Customer Service event will offer players a variety of rewards, including:

- Polychromes

- Boopons

- And more!

Event Details

The developers describe First-Class Customer Service as a “signal calibration game mode.” In this mode, players are tasked with helping customers repair their broken video players outside a video store.

The event will feature two distinct challenges: Simple Adjustments and Precise Calibration. During these challenges, you’ll encounter TVs that require calibration. To successfully calibrate them, you’ll need to time the growing signal to align with the calibration circle on the screen.

Successfully matching the signals multiple times will earn you a rank, which in turn determines the prizes you’ll receive. Essentially, this event is a rhythm-based game mode where players must hone their instincts to assist the residents of Sixth Street.
